Not even worth a single star review. I was side swiped in March and called 3 times within 2 weeks to give information and still have not heard anything back from either insurance company to get my car fixed. I even spoke with Chris himself and still nothing was done. Worst customer service EVER. They never return voicemails and almost never answer the phone. They get you great prices but definitely don't do anything to help when you need it.

They are very friendly and helpful! I am able to just call up there most of the time and my agent knows exactly what I need and how to take care of it for me. I will continue to use them for all of my vehicles in the foreseeable future!
