Ford Insurance has always treated me like family. I feel heard and like my policy is catered to my actual needs. Their customer service is exceptional and the rates are competitive. On top of all of that, the ladies in the office are an absolute hoot! 2 thumbs up from me for Ford Insurance. Keep up the good work!

We have been using Ford for years and are extremely happy with their service. Jordan is on top of all of our policies and making sure that we have the best rates possible. We have commercial and personal policies with her. She responds immediately to any requests (and I have many) within the hour of me asking (usually as soon as I send the email).We highly recommend Ford!

Ford Insurance is the best insurance company. When you walk in you immediately feel a sense of a home-like environment. The staff is very friendly and the customer service is on par. They decorate their lobby for nearly every season and it’s always an uplifting experience when I’m there. Highly recommend.
