Great customer service. Got a consultation to review my policies from another company and they advised me to keep my existing coverage and made some recommendations to improve my rates and coverage. They didn’t sell me a thing, and there was no charge for lots of work on their part. I will definitely use them if I change coverage in the future.
AAA insurance is a great insurance company very reasonable prices. I have four vehicles all insured with AAA insurance. I've been with AAA insurance for 5 yrs maybe longer. The Bowman's at the Shawnee AAA office are the nicest people ever. They make you feel right at home. So yes I love my AAA Insurance and my AAA Agents.
