I was a customer with American Family insurance at least for 5 years they where nice when started but year after year they became getting worst and worst, specially there customer service!!! They apologized me a while ago for charging me more money than I have to pay normally and they waited a few months and they did it again they think I forgot, they try to rip me off, I even experienced a rude and very bad customer service I don’t really recommend any one to this agency or company there is a better one out there even cheaper.
