Farmers Union Insurance: Ressler-Sipma Agency

Used FU insurance on our farm for more than 20 years. Agency quality of service changed. No timely billing, mailed a renewal notice to overseas military address that was not correct. We missed a renewal because we were overseas and mail not sent . Insurance on farm cancelled. We learned 7/7/20. Asked for renewal and was turned down allegedly by underwriter.due to lack of payment. We left permanent ND mailing address and emails with them before leaving 12/15. No email ever. Poor poor customer service. Agent had secretary call us to be told go someplace else. Believe me we are. Will submit a complaint to ND insurance commissioner on this agency agent Ressler and to his boss SS in Jamestown.

Dropped off payment on account, no ag crop insurance, but do get ladybugs up on my 10th floor living room window. Very nice business to be a client of. Thanks

Have not found a better rate anywhere. As a 20 year old male, rates are high but they gave me the best rate I could get anywhere. Highly recommend.
