I’ve been with this agency for over 20 years and have experienced nothing short of phenomenal customer service, no matter who picks up the phone. This office has an extremely knowledgeable staff, who take pride in making sure their policy holder’s needs are met. I’ve worked with Joel on a number of reviews and changes, and he’s always been absolutely fantastic in explaining the details so I always know what to expect. As far as service goes when ya need to call in, it is real good. Always available. The company itself, has rate changes constantly, for different reasons and there is little if any explanation….. hence having to call in continually. Prices are comparable thus far with other company’s .
