I have been with the Michael Lucy Agency with American Family Insurance for years now. It's a very hospitable office to walk into. They always have a smile on their faces and they're ready to help with whatever questions that you may have. While explaining things they put it into laymans terms for me which helps me to understand my policies. If there are changes to be made I am contacted and given choices that I may make if I want them to. I totally love the Agency and American Family Insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
