I do not recommend. The customer service is unacceptable. They have my age wrong and when I informed them they assured me that they would fix it. Months later still not fixed. So I contacted them again. It took over a week for someone to contact me back asking for a copy of my drivers license so they could correct my age on my insurance policy. The other issue I had was they had put the wrong coverage on one of my vehicles. I even questioned why it was so cheap for full coverage on my vehicle. They said it was a multi policy discount. Come to find out that vehicle only had liability coverage and it is my teenage son’s vehicle. I was very clear on what coverage I wanted for each vehicle. Even double and triple asked to make sure. Have worked with them for many years (about 10), I had my first claim that was my fault and I got the wrong information given to me by 3 separate individuals. I was told continuously they had it handled until it actually went to claims and they had to tell me everyone I spoke to was wrong and they couldn’t fix it. I might’ve understood in the beginning if they said “this is why” instead of not even really doing their jobs and telling me up front. I had gone ahead and filed the claim, waited a month, called multiple times, then was told “yep, we misspoke.” So I wasted time and now have to spend much more than I expected due to their lack of follow through. Very disappointed.

I have the full coverage insurance and I pay what started out as 141 and gradually goes up every few months now I'm paying almost $200 for the same freaking policy.. when my car is damaged or I need repair I'm not sure how to go about getting a reimbursement. And whenever I reach out to a person I don't really get the answers that I'm looking for or answers at all. But if you're going to have car insurance I guess it really doesn't matter what place you go to.. It always feels like a rip off.

I’ve enjoyed dealing with Allstate during an already stressful enough time. I appreciate Cassandra from this branch. She has been so helpful throughout this entire process and I am glad the company has a person like her representing them!
