Tristen was incredibly helpful when I was shopping for auto insurance. He took the time to explain my options answered all my questions and found a policy that worked for me. His professionalism and friendly approach made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

This does not reflect the agent he does his job,, however, this location has a lot to learn about customer service when I walk in at nine in the morning. Expect someone to at least acknowledge that I’m there.,, is that too much to ask?,,, however, standing there for five minutes, the two people behind the counter, not even looking up or even acknowledging me. I understand everyone’s busy but everyone else hears that look eye contact when I get off the phone. I’ll be with right with you type of look, but they offer nothing here I walked out and decided to start pricing around

Pressures to settle on a low offer. Kelly was the one handling my claim could not be less helpful. I have 2 houses 4 cars a motorcycle and a boat. Farm Bureau will never insure anything of mine. I'm also going out of my name to tell everyone to stay away from this place.
