Unprofessional, unresponsive and unsupportive. Over the past several years, it’s as if they intentionally avoid communication, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone who can actually help. Response times are abysmal, with some inquiries taking weeks to receive a reply, if they even bother to respond at all. When you finally do get a hold of someone, expect nothing more than vague, non-committal answers that do absolutely nothing to resolve your issues. Their lack of transparency and accountability is infuriating. Policies seem to change on a whim, and any attempts to hold them to their word is impossible. I’ve had them for about 6 years. Worst experience I’ve had. I would not recommend it. For starters my old agent kar and Lisa had taken over a year to settle an accident. It was a living nightmare dealing with them. They all were very miss informative As well as Miss leading. I have gotten blown off several times and flat out ignored.
