If I could give them zero stars, I would. Not only do they have the worst customer service, but they also have unethical business practices. Their poor, unprofessional , and unethical business practices lead to undo hardships and financial strain on customers. We have had a very long ordeal with this agency that began back in May and is now ending with us receiving notification that our licenses are being suspended. We switched from Rullo agency to another insurance broker. All the necessary paperwork was sent from our new agent to the Rullo agent multiple times. The Rullo agency never acknowledged our requests, they never cancelled our previous insurance with Safeco (our new agent had to contact them and eventually we were refunded almost $2000), but in the meantime because it was doc

I have been with Rullo Ins. for 15+ years have dealt with both Mike Rullo and Mike Miller. Both are excellent Mike Rullo since has retired but thank goodness Mike Miller is still a part of the company. He is very personable very concerned about my well-being and knows exactly what is best for me I would be lost if he was not my insurance representative. I feel very comfortable in any decisions he makes from my policies. I’m not just a number I’m a person in his eyes

I was a loyal customer of this brokerage for about 10 years and always appreciated the excellent service Mike Rullo and his staff provided. Unfortunately, since the company was sold, the new ownership and staff have been unresponsive—I left several emails and phone calls with no reply for weeks and had to go directly through NYCM for help. Over the years we’ve had some unavoidable claims (deer collisions, accidents caused by other drivers, and even a total loss), all of which were not our fault. Despite this, the new management now wants to either non-renew our policy or charge us an outrageous premium of $12,000 for six months. The level of service and fairness that once defined this agency is gone. Very disappointing
