Roxi Perkins: Allstate Insurance

Homeowner Insurance! This agent NEVER responded in a timely fashion via email and good luck calling! She caused me to lose several hundreds of dollars bc she refused to follow up with my mortgage company about my insurance policy! When I finally was able to get her on the phone due to another reps assistant, she showed no remorse, she was unapologetic, and she didn’t take ANY ACCOUNTABILITY that she was the reason my homeowners insurance had expired for a whole year!! She is TERRIBLE with communication! 0/10 do not recommend if I could give 0 stars I would!

I greatly appreciate Roxi helping me with purchasing a very affordable insurance policy for my new car. She was kind, professional and attentive. She got me a price that was much lower than I expected especially when the competition quoted prices that made me sick to my stomach. Roxi and Allstate made it happen!

Auto policy continually increased every renewal to the point of paying 1300$ / 6 months to cover a SINGLE 2011 accord ONLY. As a result I moved to State Farm which was less than half the auto premium, and asked Roxi to cancel my policies. Via email she asked me for the end date, which I gave her, but then she never responded to any follow up email afterwards. Communication has always been an issue (hard to reach by phone, bad email communication skills), and I never actually got a confirmation that the policy was properly cancelled. The day before the scheduled end date, I called the main customer service number directly, and the person there noted that my policy was NOT in pending for cancellation, and he was able to immediately schedule it for cancellation the next day as I wanted or

It’s hard to get her on the phone and she doesn’t return emails but I’m starting to frequently see her in the comment section on instagram under various peoples posts commenting. Maybe I’ll have better luck responding to one of her comments.

I’ve been with AllState for about 15 years & Roxi is the best Insurance Agent!! She always answers the phone and gives quick answers. Most importantly she will guide you through what to do if you’re ever rear ended or a tree falling on neighbor’s property as I have experienced! I am her customer for life...
