Where to start... I was using them for my home owners and auto insurance through Travelers. After denying two claims for hail damage on my home and then wind damage on another side, not to mention my auto insurance being too expensive, and then I think I was straight up lied to when I discussed removing people from the auto policy to lower the cost... I decided to cancel a MONTH ago. I called them, automated system said an agent would call me back. They did not. I gave it a week or so, called them... no return or contact at all. Called again, same none response. I then contacted Travelers on X, was sent a form to complete. I submitted that with the appropriate cancellation date. I was then charged the full amount for the month and they claimed it was because they were maintaining my cover

I recently initiated the cancellation of two insurance policies and plan to cancel a third. My experience with the office has been mixed. While Ruby Zakarian has been exceptionally helpful and is, in my opinion, the best part of the company, my interactions with Church Youmans, the Office Manager, were highly unsatisfactory. I found Mr. Youmans to be unprofessional and rude. During a recent call, when I asked for his name and title, his immediate response was to state, "I am terminating the call." This behavior is unacceptable and made the cancellation process more difficult than it needed to be. I appreciate Ruby Zakarian's excellent support throughout this process.
