I had an amazing experience with Sicily at Carrie Konakis Shelter Insurance. In the past switching insurance agencies has been a daunting event that I always dreaded. This time it was easy and painless. I was paying twice the premiums at allstate for less coverage. We were able to get all our vehicles and our homeownsers insurance changed over to Shelter in one easy step. Sicily was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She made sure we have all the right coverages without the price. I am so pleased I switched, no headaches or endless sales calls. Knowing I have better coverage, and agent I can talk to if anything is needed is so reassuring. Thank you Sicily.

Bonnie Higgins has been absolutely amazing to work with for auto & home. I was using Progressive for my auto insurance and honestly didn't even realize I was overpaying. Using a local office makes you truly go from being just a number & AI generated messaging to feeling like you have a loyal friend in your corner. Highly recommend Bonnie & her team.

Carrie and her team have been amazing for the 8 years they've provided us terrific service for our home and all our vehicles!!! The only down side is they don't cover where we are moving 🥲 Thank you ladies you are the greatest!!! You will be missed and your shoes hard to fill 🥰

I cannot recommend this place enough for all of your insurance needs. They have helped us (very new adults) take this big step into the insurance world and have made us feel in the loop every step of the way. We have added stuff to our policy and just like when we first started they have just coached us through everything without trying to make a buck off of people who have no understanding of the insurance world. While at the same time trying to make it as affordable and with the most protections. Carrie and her team are amazing and you would be doing yourself a service by using them for your insurance needs.
