My experience with Farmers for my particular claim was really challenging and unpleasant in a number of ways, but Jennifer was a really positive element. She was very responsive and extremely helpful, going above and beyond. Her professionalism and support have gone a long way towards making my experience better.
Although I will likely stay with my existing policy at another provider, Jennifer was extremely helpful and informative giving me suggestions and advice toward getting a lower rate and carrying enough coverage. Highly recommend wish all insurance offices were like this.
