Rikki Rhoten: Allstate Insurance

The premium from this agency continues to increase, even though quotes from other Allstate agencies came in almost $200 dollars cheaper a MONTH for the exact same coverage. An Allstate representative told me over the phone my policy should by no means be what this agency charged. My family had used this agency for almost thirty years, but all questions about the high rate were ignored. Seems to be predatory practices 0 stars was not an available option.

As the commercial says you are in good hands.if you have a claim they are quick to respond and fast service.

The only reason I stay with this agency is because it would be too difficult to move my home and auto policies. The people I worked with in the beginning were great and are clearly not there anymore. I often have to speak with Rikki now who is terribly condescending and will make suggestions that show she clearly has not looked at the history of your account and often times make you feel like she is not listening to you. She thinks it cute that her dog barks in the background while you are trying to speak. I have multiple dogs so this not a complaint I make lightly. I honestly wished I had gotten the names of the agents that were under her before they moved on and tried to see what companies they went to. Always looking for other quotes.

I have been struggling with Allstate in settling a simple claim for over four months when I finally called the local office to see if they could help me since the claims department in Nashville was being extremely difficult.I was hung up on by whomever I was talking to!!! I had been a customer of Rikki's for over 30 years!! Well, not anymore!!! They have terrible customer service and even worse prices! I found out they were charging me over 2000 dollars a year more for less coverage than a competitor.!!! People...shop around!!!

This agency added another driver who does not reside in our home and raised our premium even though they were advised on January 6, 2023 at 12:48 pm that the person does not live at our address and that she does not have a valid license. Needless to say, we are very unhappy customers and will be looking elsewhere to cover our four vehicles. We are happy our homeowners was never transitioned to this agency. Loyal customers for over 10 years, with great driving records and this is how we are treated. We will never recommend them to any of our family or friends and a formal complaint will be filed with the state of Tennessee.
