I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Travis McMurray at Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee. From the very first conversation, it was clear how much he truly knows about home insurance. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, making a process that usually feels overwhelming feel completely seamless and easy. I am beyond grateful for his help, especially because he managed to cut my yearly insurance costs almost in half. It is such a huge relief to have better coverage for a much lower price. Travis is professional, incredibly kind, and clearly cares about doing what is best for his clients. I had a fixer/flip I was working on and another big name company canceled me, said the property was "run down", yeah duh, it's a fixer... give me a few right? Anyway I went to Travis, he didn't know me from Adam, but we met and he got it insured right away for a very reasonable price especially for an unoccupied property. He trusted me, in return I trust them, and that's how we do it folks. I switched EVERYTHING over to Travis and FB, these guys are gold.
