Ron Mathews - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a State Farm customer for a total of 23 years and have had my insurance thru the Ron Mathew’s Kingsport office for 16 years now. I have never had a complaint. Amy, Amanda and Taylor are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with their services. Keep up the good work! Would highly recommend!

I’d give 100 stars if I could! I was initially hesitant to make the switch because the quote I received seemed too good to be true but I’m now saving almost $115 a month with State Farm. Amanda was my main point of contact and she truly was nothing short of phenomenal. I can’t recommend her enough. She answered all my questions (even the repeated ones), and was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She even went the extra mile to reassure me throughout the process. She was never pushy like others I’ve dealt with. My only regret is not switching years ago!
