This place took over McMillian Insurance in Mtn Carmel TN who goes through Haulers Insurance. Well, I have been with the company for 4 years or so and all of a sudden as of last month my insurance got cancelled. I added my new car back in Oct or Nov 2024 and cancelled my old car and ever since then my insurance has been all whacked up and apparently, they are saying it is my fault and cannot reinstate my policy. I have even asked to speak to a manager, and they told me I could not which is very unprofessional especially after taking over an old company. I spoke to Nick back in December about paying my policy because the quick pay link was down for some reason and that is how I pay my insurance, so I called him to pay it over the phone and he told me I was good until January.
