Richard Parker - State Farm Insurance Agent

My townhouse and two vehicles have been insured with State Farm Agent Richard Parker’s office for over 10 years, and I continue to be impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by his team. This morning, I called to request a copy of my townhouse insurance policy. Vanessa Lopez answered the phone and warmly asked how she could assist me. I explained that I needed a copy of my property insurance policy, and to my surprise, I received an email notification with the document immediately after we ended the call. I replied to thank her and requested an additional document—and once again, she sent it right away. Vanessa is incredibly efficient, professional, and responsive. I truly appreciate her prompt assistance and the consistently outstanding service from this office.

Wow! Great service and knowledgeable staff. Alma helped me bundle my renters and car insurances so I could save. She later followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated the patience Alma had with me as well as I am hard at hearing and needed a lot of the information repeated to me. Never did she make me feel like an inconvenience though. Ill be adding a life insurance policy soon as well. Alma showed me how inexpensive it is. Anyways, they're cool.

After over a decade with State Farm in Nevada we were directed to this office when we moved to SD six years ago. Never liked the communication, only received calls to try to sell us life insurance, then our premiums were overcharged by more than $800 over the course of 12 months. Complaints were denied and they lied about trying to contact us. Save yourself. You deserve better.

the farmer's Bank loan... i was not pleased with them(direct payment) they stop withdrawing because the account for the loan did not match? my birthdate was wrong? from 2018 to 2022 feb my bank california coast credit union never denied their payment request. never insufficient funds?
