I’ve been a client with this agency since the late 70’s when it had a different agent. Was wondering how it would be when it changed. I was extremely happy to see that it was flawless, and very glad that my favorite rep remained there. Schelly is fantastic and is always so helpful in any questions or issues that arise. After 30 plus years, they are dropping my home owners insurance without letting me complete their requirements by the deadline. The worst part is ghosting my emails. Not professional.
