I called the office of Doug Steiner after being informed that we were getting a new agent due to our previous agent no longer being affiliated with State Farm. After having an almost non responsive agent, it was so wonderful to be connected to Maria at this new office. Within minutes, she had answered all our questions and concerns and after our call finished, she sent me information she was waiting on from someone else. I felt a huge weight being lifted.
