Richard Abreu: Allstate Insurance

Had to make one very small change to my policy- wasn’t able to do it online so I had to call to speak with someone at the office. The first time my policy was modified incorrectly by the representative so I had to call a second time to make the changes I needed. Also tried to email someone for easier communication and it’s been over a month that my email has been ignored and no one has gotten back to me…. Even better is once I submitted an automated survey asking for my feedback on my recent experience with them, I got a reply saying “sorry, please email us or call us if you need help in the future.” WHAT A JOKE…. No one on the phone is helpful and they don’t reply to email anyway LOL. Look for somewhere else to seek insurance coverage since it is not pleasant or easy if you need any help.

David, Laura, Richard, and the whole Allstate family have been nothing but helpful and kind over the 20+ years i've been their customer. If there are any questions, they help in an instant, and they're convenient, easy to talk to, and the reason we stay with Allstate. They feel like family to us, and have been there through every up and down. This is the greatest Allstate location in the nation.

We bought a new home and switched home owners insurance. Richard gave us a great/affordable quote. He even helped last minute at our closing when we had to change the effective date.

I've been with his agency for car insurance for 10 years. I received a notice for non renewal and I reached out to Richard 3 times and emailed him. No response. This is very disappointing.

Richard is wonderful! He is very nice and he saved us a lot of money on our car insurance! It's nice to have a person to contact, not just an 800 # to call.
