Debbie Weiss - State Farm Insurance Agent

My daughter was looking to purchase a new car on a Friday evening. I left a message at 4:45pm and they close at 5pm. I was concerned they left for the day but they didn't. One of the ladies stayed late to get my daughter her own insurance plan for her new car. She stayed until we confirmed the dealership received all the information needed for her to drive her new car home. Kudos to Debbie's agents! This isn't the first time they went over and above for me. Their service is excellent, you can't ask for a better Statefarm agent to have your back! Shout out to Helen, THANK YOU for staying late on a Friday night when you could have let SF customer service handle it! I can’t say how happy I am with State Farm insurance. I’ve been with Debbie Weiss for several Years, and have never had an auto claim in the past. Last week a tree fell on our vehicle and completely totaled the entire truck. Within one week State Farm helped us tow away the vehicle have it assessed and secure a payment so that we could go out and purchase another vehicle. thank you so much for all your assistance and especially the staff at Debbie Weiss and State Farm. It was greatly appreciated in the time of need.
