I am doing a review for my 78 year old grandmother. She paid her bill here on July 11. Her bill was due on July 17. Her apartment complex did not get the payment until today 8/9. Of course she was charged late fees. She went to rental office and they credited her a portion. However this c.o.e inc company is not taking any responsibility for the late payment. Even after my grandmother provided receipt proof! Shame on them for taking advantage of the senior of the community!

In the dictionary where personal service is defined is a picture of The Coe insurance girls. Robyn ,Linda and Tina go above and beyond to meet our insurance needs. They all have become more than just agents, they are friends. We have been with them since 1992 and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The Staff (Tina) was excellent - Service Above and Beyond getting my Auto Insurance. The processing Time was minimal. The Automation made it very quick. While the Owner was away - Everything was above Performance. Thank You ... Thank You !!!!
