I have been married for 39 years and have worked for my employer for 21 years. I have to prove by sending in a copy of a STATE marriage license, which I do not have, and a copy of my 2023 tax returns which I cannot find. They are requiring me to get a state copy of my marriage license. If I don’t comply, they will cancel my spouse’s dental and eye insurance. Seriously??
