Love being an AAA plus member I get 4 tows and can transfer a title there without getting charged astrological amounts. They are always professional and the place is always clean.. Also with your membership you can get maps and places to visit if your going on a trip. They also have ladies who can plan the trip for you..

I've been a AAA member for around 15 years, and have never had such lousy service before. You can call all you want during office hours, the phone just rings incessantly. You can try contacting them via their Facebook page - they won't respond there either. I even tried contacting the national office about it, no response from them either. It really has me wondering why I'm paying good money for a service that can't be bothered to so much as pick up the phone when I very occasionally need the services I paid for!!! There are plenty of other organizations out there willing to provide better service, by a long shot.
