I really can't say enough good things about Monica. She knows her products and does her best to get you a good rate. She has always been super to deal with. I'd rather do business with someone I trust instead of a cut rate insurer I don't know. Good peace of mind that way. I have recommended her to many people and will continue to do so. I called several times for quotes. They were supposed to follow-up but didn't. I called three different times. Finally I got a text asking for pictures when I had already sent them and they confirmed as received. I gave up and went to another agency up in Punxsutawney. It was disappointing as I have a Farmers agent over in Ohio I've always had amazing service from. I had wanted to keep all my policies with Farmers.
