The people here very patiently helped my family find the best policies for our needs. They helped my mother find a better and cheaper home owners and car insurance. They very patiently answered all her questions and looked thru all other insurance companies to make sure she was getting the best price. They also will take care of any claims there at the office and you don't have to call an 800 number...5*****

Paid my payment with cash and they told me to stand right there at counter while she took 1 of the 20 dollar bills to back of building to make sure it wasn't counterfeit, she was so positive it was I was really thinking here I go 2 jail 4 a crime that I didn't print lol, had auto insurance there for 18 months and she should have known better. My whole experience with them was disaster.

The insurance agents are extremely helpful. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about any question you may ask. I've been with them for many years and I've never had one complaint about their service.

I have had this insurance for 4 years and they are very unhelpful in this office. My insurance has went up 3 times throughout the time said to be "due to general increases and in effect for everyone" but my mother and father also have a policy through them and they have had no increase. The agents cannot answer all questions and honestly do not how to do there job. Would not suggest them for anyone.
