Abysmal customer service. All I wanted was some assistance with making an online insurance payment since I have not paid that way in a while and had forgotten how to do it. Their answer was a firm no and they don't assist customers with that any more. Isn't that why they are in business? To assist customers? I had to figure out online payment for myself and without their help.
