Very difficult to get a policy started. After paying for a policy and receiving the temporary cards, I learned two weeks later that my online application for car insurance was held up because nobody on their end submitted my driver's license that I submitted to them on the day I paid for the insurance. They apologized for this but could not upload it even though they could see it in their email. I then had to resubmit my driver's license and they told me it could take up to 30 days for it to be uploaded by their employees, but that they would escalate the request and it should not take more than 3 business days. When it did not happen after 5 business days, I called them about it. During the call, the system submitted another request, restarting my original request. Nobody told me this unt
