I had a great experience with them except: I only cancelled because I moved to Indiana, a year and some change after I cancelled they gave out my private information to someone that I know could not provide any valid representation that they should be provided anything about me. They lied to that person and said I owed money and had cancelled policies due to non-payment but I called and directly confirmed I had no outstanding bills with them. There was some error that said I owed 10.78 cents that the desk clerk was reading but when I tried to pay that over the phone, because the app states I have no outstanding balance, it said I owed 0.00 once she did click the policy. I cannot get over my information given out let alone false information given out to parties that have nothing to do with

Amazing service for initial set up. Saving money and more coverage than I had with prior company. Happy!

you can not get any help from NC Farm bureau . If you are not guilty (if you have full coverage) in car accident you need to pay full amount of repair. They don't know anything about case. They need more money for full coverage and that do not mean anything.

I am not sure about all of the negative reviews, but I personally haven't had any issues with this office. Farm Bureau had the best rates (even with the yearly membership included) and I love Beverly in the office! Now that you can pay everything online and I don't have to deal with the draft it is even more convenient. Try them out for yourself because I can tell you they are not normally as bad as some of the other reviews say.
