Relation Insurance - Perry Group

First I find that the good reviews are very old in years.... The most recent is a one star, same as the one I'm leaving. The gentleman answering this phone is nothing short of a disgrace to the brand. We are new here in Chapin expanding our business in need of new insurance's. I would rather buy our business policies from a businessman on the street than give my business to this Nationwide franchise or corporate office in Chapin! NO customer service, he has you thinking your bothering him and he doesn't care. Horrible customer service telephone etiquette. Your loss not our businesses loss. Better now than later....

Was without insurance on my home for more than a week. Had to find out from my finance company and the insurance provider from whom I thought I was insured with. The insurance company insisted they told the "agent" that there was a discrepancy in the write-up... Needless to say, i went back to my previous provider and agent.. The only thing about this situation that worked flawlessly was the billing. They didn't have a problem getting from my escrow.....

Julia is a wonderful agent. She is personable and knowledgeable. All of my questions and concerns get answered quickly and thoroughly. She really goes above and beyond with her customer service. Would definitely recommend her and the agency for people looking for insurance.
