Melody & Evans both make me feel special & then one day while in their office I realized they treat all their customers the same way. They provide me with the best service available & I've never been disappointed in what they do for me as far as my vehicles & home coverages. Don't be fooled by those misleading adds promising cheaper rates by doing away with an agent, at Russell-Massey, they earn ever dime they make. The wrong coverage can take away your life's savings at the blink on an eye if something happens! I have some nice things & Melody & Evans help me protect my investment. They need 10 Stars for businesses like these.
