Brenda is a gem! She goes above and beyond to help me with my policies. She has a wonderful personality and is always so friendly and caring. I work in the insurance industry myself in software and I just can't say enough how impressed I am with the excellent customer service Brenda provides!

I have been charged $365 for my insurance for months(just me) not realizing this company knew for over a year my husband was added to my policy and never told me I was being overcharged. I called in February (7 months ago) and asked mike if I could find a cheaper policy bc 365 didn’t sound right. Mike called me back and said NO I couldn’t get anything cheaper. While also not mentioning my husband was on the policy. Fast forward 6 months and I called to try again and that’s when I learned my husband was unnecessarily on my insurance for well over a year. This was NEVER mentioned to me prior. (I’ve been with them for well over 5 years so they had to have seen it on my policy when it was added in 2022) I tried to call them and get it resolved.. sent in necessary paperwork to get him off of my
