Heather was wonderful to work with. She was very professional and knowledgeable. We recently switched from State Farm and are very happy with our new insurance company and agent.

Farm Bureau Chapin has always gone out of their way to make things easy on me and my family. Heather and Brent are always wonderful to deal with. We switched all our policies over from both State Farm and USAA.

I'm very dissatisfied with Farm Bureau. We called on several occasions to find out the status of our insurance and every time we were told that everything was OK, just to find out months later that it was canceled and we were uninsured. I do not know if it is laziness, lack of training, pour technology or management, but I cannot understand how is it possible to misinform anyone for months and how it is possible to not capture the auto-payment information we provided several times. Needless to say I returned to my old insurance.

If I could give the zero I would. They decided to cancel our driving insurance without notice and now I am paying double with everyone in my house with a clean driving record. I will never go back to them. And people be warn about this location. Don’t used them
