I use RB Kimball Insurance for car insurance and I have always had a positive experience with them. I find them helpful - I have been with them for decades. They have a new address as of 2023 (17 Wedgewood Drive, Haverhill MA) and I am going to be able to get another car after being without one for a while. I will be sticking with Kimball. No complaints at all for all my years since I got my drivers license decades ago.
The person that works their (male), I will not name, is VERY rude and unprofessional, the owner of this company should make sure they know the way this gentleman is acting on the phone and is reschooled on professionalism
