AAA Haverhill

I was at this location yesterday to transfer a title and register my car. The staff there were all super nice and helpful. The registry had an issue with their web site and the staff at AAA were able to troubleshoot the issue with IT tech support and proceed with everything I needed done. The were so apologetic for the issues even tho it was beyond their control. Amazing job ladies. You run a great AAA branch.

Spent over 45 minutes on hold and talking and being transferred to 5 different representatives. Last person I spoke with tells me they don’t provide any type of life alert services. I don’t understand why it took 5 people to be told they don’t provide the services. Apparently they need some better training,

They were so nice and efficient, we went to get a license renewed, a real ID, went very smoothly.

Always great service here. I have 2 vehicles insured here, got my motorcycle permit here and in past they helped me book a vacation trip that came with a deal. Great staff.

I made an appointment for a Saturday to do registration and title services. Lori helped me. She is fantastic. Very nice and very friendly. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Why would anyone go to the RMV when you can go AAA do the same thing in 15 minutes?
