Amy is awesome, she has been my agent for at least 30 years. She has always gone over and above for me and and I consider her almost a personal friend. I wouldn’t feel safe without her.

I needed to get a copy of my homeowners policy for my Storage center, but my policy had just ended and the new one would be coming my way in a week or so. However, Lisa told me that if I needed it sooner, she would e-mail me a copy of the new policy and just needed to check to make sure that the e-mail address was correct. For many companies that I've dealt with, this would be exceptional service but with MTM this is standard action, to insure that the policy holder gets what he or she needs as quickly as possible. This is no surprise to me because since they took over my former insurance agent, their service is always top shelf!!

MTM Insurance is phenomenal to work with. I’ve been using them for auto insurance for years - since I first got my license. Their agents (especially Sherry) are always happy to help, easily reachable via phone or email, and very knowledgeable! I would certainly recommend MTM!
