It seems this guy is not here anymore. His office is vacant. No one answer the phone and never reply voice mail.

I worked with James on many occasions and he always looks out for my best interest and gives me the best premiums for my policies. He always reaches out when he is able to save me $ for future as well. Great company, great service and great premiums. I moved to Arizona and cancelled my apartment insurance. James didn’t cancel the policy. He billed for another year. I missed the charge on my credit card and paid for an extra year. What an “honest” insurance agent. Then I cancelled my insurance again when he billed me again. I disputed the charge on my credit card as I had cancelled the policy at least twice. Now this “honest” insurance agent has sent me to collections for an account I cancelled. I can’t possibly imagine an insurance agent that decides you can’t cancel a policy and will try to make you pay for it for the rest of your life, then send your account to collections when you wont pay for an account you cancelled.

It was a unique experience working with Jim at Allstate. He made the transition of my home and auto insurance really easy. He did not try to over insure me and kept my premiums very reasonable. I would recommend him a 100%.

I have had auto as well as home insurance policies with Allstate through other agencies. I purchased a home policy in January 2024 from Mr.Sarcione. After an inspection, allstate doubled the premium as the property information provided by James was grossly inaccurate. I was not informed by James and when I asked him about it, the response was as follows per email, "I could careless about your reviews the policy changes had nothing to do with me I have no control on the backend inspections and changes. I also cannot cancel a home policy unless I receive and cancellation notice from the new insurance company which I never did" This shows utter incompetence and lack of involvement. The policy that was issued had incorrect information as James took information about the house from old records.
