Ray & Ray Insurance Services Inc

I've been insured by Ray and Ray for over ten years and in the last few years something has really changed. They don't EVER answer their phone or return phone calls. I've had to call the parent company with complaints just to get them to respond to my messages. Now, after giving me a fax number to send an important document, I can't even get that line to answer after trying for two days, and of course when I try to reach them, they don't answer. It's really annoying.

I have had both my homeowners & auto insurance with Ray & Ray Insurance. Jeff Ray gives incredible service.
