I have had State Farm insurance for 56 years and worked with many agents. This office has the absolute nicest bunch of folks you can hope to meet. Love this Agent and his team. Daniel and Rochelle were terrific with adjusting my auto policies. However, my absolute favorite member of Daniel’s team is Tina! She has helped me with all of my policies over many, many years now. She explains everything and has my best interest in mind. I am truly grateful for her. She also has a great sense of humor. When I bought a used 96 Lexus several years ago she was so excited because it still had the analog cell phone on board. I had to laugh because she sounded like a kid at Christmas. Still makes me smile when I think about it. Tina, thank you for your help and advice over the last decade or so. Can’t think of anyone else that I would want helping me!

I had a wonderful experience with Tina! She was informative, prompt, and very patient. This was my first time getting insurance, and I was insuring a ‘classic’ car (pre-1970). She made the process super simple, I was able to get all the coverages I needed (I wanted additional medical coverage as well as a few other things) and I got a fantastic rate. Great service and help from Tina! I looked into getting auto insurance for a new car and she was extremely helpful and took time to make sure I understood everything and gave me wonderful options! I have been working with Tina for a few years now and the customer service she exudes is amazing. She treats you more like a family member than a client. My car was hit a few weeks ago and when I tell you all I had to do was just get my car towed to the shop, that’s how she takes care of you. She is definitely a beautiful person inside and out.
