I had a great experience working with Insurance agent Jennifer Tulpule at Richard Douglas State Farm Agency in Temecula. I had a need to insure my brothers vehicle that had to be put in storage, during his illness and eventual passing. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and helped me with several kinds of coverage that I needed until I had the paperwork necessary to sell this car. As I live in the Midwest, it was great to find an agent that was very problem solving and cared. She had great follow up, and I really appreciated her help.
