When I say horrible customer service, I really do mean it. Walked in first time, no direction on what to do. So I jump into the automotive line. The man actively avoids eye contact with me for 3 mins. I go up and say good afternoon, is this the right line for registration? He talks over me to tell me to see "Brandon" in the plad shirt.... I turn around to see 7 people in plad.... Better customer service at an actual gas station.

This was by far the worst towing experience I’ve ever had. Tic Toc Tow provided unacceptable and dishonest service from start to finish. When I first contacted AAA, the estimated arrival time was two hours—which is already excessive. After patiently waiting the full two hours, the company suddenly claimed they had “just received the job” and would take another hour and a half. That later changed again to two more hours. To make matters worse, I could see the driver on the live map making multiple other stops instead of heading toward my location. It was clear my service was being delayed so they could take other calls first. There was no communication, no professionalism, and no accountability. Came in for an international drivers license. Should be quick and easy, no membership required… $20 and out the door but wait…. Sign in…. “Where is your membership card?” “We are gonna need your phone number… is she (my wife) on your policy?” It seems like everywhere you go these days, everyone needs all of your data. Waist of time and unnecessary. Careful High Ranking Karens work here. I felt like I could get sued at anytime. 😊

Went in with little hope of avoiding a trip to the DMV to sort out my trailer registration. Was greeted quickly and the lady (Camilla?) could not have been more helpful! Got me sorted and issued me plates in under 20 minutes! SO happy to have tried here before the DMV!

I love this place. They are quick and the service is excellent! So much better than waiting hours and having rude workers at the DMV. I highly recommend for registration renewal, selling a car and switching it over to new owner, title issues, etc
