Horrible experience, reached out to get insurance, was paired with Heather K. on gathering information for a business insurance quote over a week ago, then you follow up on the information requested due to urgency, Rathbun Insurance states that you should find another Insurance company. They thank you and tell you to find another insurance company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Would not recommend!!!

I've used Rathbun for several years. Karen, who is unfortunately not working there anymore, was absolutely stellar in setting up my then husband and I with a policy after we had a nightmare experience with another company. I stayed at Rathbun paying a little more for what was undoubtedly better insurance for years out of loyalty to her and the customer service I was provided. When I cancelled my auto policy I wasn't asked why I wanted to leave or if there was anything they could do to help me stay with them and that was a little odd. I still have home policy with them and would continue to recommend people to the agency, I'll just miss my Karen and her outstanding service to me and all the help she gave during some rough times.
