Matt was such a delight to work with! My husband and I are so appreciative of his thoughtfulness towards our policy and yearly premium!

I am not happy at all with my experience having Diversified as my insurance agent. 1. When I needed my vehicle towed I paid the cost up front and then waited almost 3 months to get reimbursed. 2. The agent didn’t put the “lien holder” on one of my vehicles even though I gave him the information to do so. The lien holder ended up putting their own insurance on it , this added a bunch of money to the loan.

Bill is a lifesaver. My yearly premium for home insurance went up by an exorbitant amount without warning (and without me paying attention), and within less than a day, Bill has a quote for my home and auto that's even lower than what I was paying previously, even AFTER adding another vehicle. How does he do it? Do yourself a favor and find out for yourself.

He also provides his expertise and has helped me identify what policies, terms, deductibles, etc make sense for me. Diversified is growing rapidly and there's a reason for it.
