Payne Insurance Agency is very dependable and gave prompt and expert service whenever I needed them. They were always completely honest about insurance issues and what the forecast looks like. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an independent agent for all your needs. Although my unique circumstances were a better fit with policies from a company that is not part of their agency, I would not hesitate to go back to them in the future.

I have used Payne insurance for about one to two years now and I actually had come to Brian for help when my previous insurance agent dropped me with no notification for 6 months. That harmed my outlook to get insurance but Brian was able to set me up with a quote at a price I can afford and better yet, when I asked to look around for deals when I turned 25, we switched insurance companies (but I kept Payne Insurance as my agent) and now I'm paying an even better deal with absolutely no hassle!
