I had Tommy with State Farm Insurance help me. I do have to say he was awesome to work with. I felt very comfortable with him. He is very laid back and doesn't seem to pass judgement on people and honestly that is very hard to come by now a days. He is a person that no matter how many times you call him to explain something about your policy he would have no problem with it. It was a pleasure to have him handle my insurance. Great team! Tommy was my knowledgeable representative in assisting me to switch to them. He covered all my questions with ease. Didn’t waste anytime in helping me to understand the market I’m shopping and getting me signed. So originally I responded to an add I seen on Facebook about saving and switching, about Why it’s important to shop around every so often to compare rates. Which leads me here! I was a little hesitant to switch insurance companies due to past experiences, but I just couldn’t put up with my old insurer any longer. I saw that Alec Garza had some really good reviews so I gave his office a call. Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly, especially Cameron my new agent. Cameron took the time to understand why I was looking to change, and wrote me up a quote for an auto/home bundle. During the call he was very good at sparking a conversation and making the process feel more personal. In the end Cameron not only saved me roughly $2.5k a year, he did it while improving my coverage, lowering my auto deductible, AND adding a liability umbrella 🤯.
