Randy Smith: Allstate Insurance

I would like to say that I am thankful for Allstate today. I got a little lost in Batesville so I went into the Allstate building. Allstate is a name I know and trust so I went in for help and Cindy at the front desk showed me where to go and put the address in my phone and also showed me how to use the GPS on my phone. I am thankful for her friendliness and patience in helping an old gal like me. I am not a current Allstate customer, but I may change that in the near future. Thank you Cindy, you are a blessing.

Absolute best. Allstate service is fantastic. Had a few mishaps over the last few years - burst pipes, hit 2 deer, totaled a vehicle. Allstate made everything easy and the claim process was smooth. Christina the office manager handles all my emails like they are the most important thing she has received all day. Thank you.

We had a claim for my daughter's car. Kellye was awesome from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help get a rental, and even stayed in contact each week to see how things were progressing. I felt like I was absolutely "in good hands with Allstate "

Randy is straight forward and honest. He's most interested in insuring you have the coverage you need without pushing things on you that you don't need. I'm glad I am in good hands with Allstate and Randy Smith.
