The agent will give you a quote, then refuse to honor it. If you make a change to your policy, they will lie to you about what your bill will be; I called them and asked them to fix the billing error, and the agent said "Quotes aren't actual prices."

Hearing that a loved one has cancer is the hardest thing you will ever hear BUT feeling like you have someone who knows how to make the process easier on the inside is the biggest blessing I have ever had.
